Our Communication
Arctic's "Snow Center" was another first in the industry when it first appeared and it has been updated for this year. Customers will have access to instant weather updates, email alerts and specific before and after photos of their properties, in addition to seasonal data and storm recaps for them to track their bottom line numbers

Our Service Process
When a winter storm hits, you want a company that is fully prepared for all contingencies, which comes from great planning, dedicated personnel, excellent training and optimal resources. Those resources include strategically located salt distribution centers; brand new equipment, each and every year, sitting on your site, just waiting for our experienced employees to operate; and a full service mechanical repair facility, should it ever be required.
WE'LL DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS FOR YOUR PROPERTY
When selecting a combination of plowing, de-icing, sidewalk shoveling and snow relocation, experience can be a helpful guide. Not only will we address problems you may have had in the past, but also share with you the industry's most current best practices so you can make the best and most informed decision regarding your service needs.
WE'LL MAP OUT A PLAN OF ATTACK TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
A detailed plan for your site, noting trouble areas, preferred snow piling points, appropriate sized equipment, and any other special requests will generally ensure a high level of satisfaction, and provide a handy reference for future communication.
DEDICATED EQUIPMENT WILL BE STATIONED AT YOUR PROPERTY
From mid November to mid April, Arctic will position brand new snow plow equipment at your location. This ensures the quickest response time in the event of a storm and the least adverse impact on your business. Arctic's full range of equipment from light duty to heavy duty, as well as its exclusive ability to pick any size plow width, ensures the best possible fit for your location.
YOU WILL RECEIVE WEATHER ALERTS WHEN A STORM IS FORECASTED
Arctic's Snow Center is monitored around the clock. Pre-storm emails will alert you to the latest forecasts when snow or icy conditions are forecasted, usually a day or so before it would hit. Sometimes, with a little luck, the storm either passes us by, turns to non-freezing rain, or becomes essentially a non-event.
WHEN A STORM IS APPROACHING, WE'LL DISPATCH A CREW TO YOUR PROPERTY AN HOUR BEFORE THE STORM
Spotters are always dispatched well before a storm hits to give real time operational updates to central dispatching. However, in daylight or predawn hours, it is also an effective strategy to dispatch our work crews an hour before a storm is expected to hit, to avoid traffic delays. Sometimes the storm misses and we pay them for their time, but overall this has actually proven to be a cost effective strategy that also benefits the customer.
WE'LL SEND YOU UPDATES WHEN YOUR PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY SERVICED
Emails are automatically generated at all hours when a job is completed. You do not have to wait until morning or next day updates.
YOU WILL BE SENT A JOB AND SNOW REPORT FOLLOWING EACH EVENT
The following day a full recap is provided along with snow totals for the season. You are also invited to review this same information at the Arctic Snow Center.
